RTC_ETC Overlay Hub

One browser source per scene, 1920×1080 at 0,0, over the cameras. The four-board scene puts every player's card (face camera, name, commander, life) on the four overhead boards with the turn and clock in the middle; each playmat scene does the same for one player's board. Open a link without &overlay=true to see where each camera goes.

Live with the hub. In OBS everything outside the cards is transparent; the grey boards are just stand-ins.
